Hi! I’m Sylvie Chandra. I’m a Personal Chef and Certified Holistic Health Coach. Focused on plant-based meals backed by holistic health practices. Healing the body through food without sacrificing flavor is a core value.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia I was at the center of a cultural food phenomenon. A melting pot of tastes and flavors that allowed me to experience what the world had to offer. My mother’s European style of cooking blended with my father’s Asian flavor profile allowed me to create my own unique palate. They taught me through action and example. Which is one of the greatest gifts that I can now share.
My passion for cooking naturally grew and led me to attend The French Pastry School in Chicago, followed by The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Experiencing severe GI health issues I decided use food as medicine and naturally heal myself without the use of western medications. Through the use of nutritious whole foods and lifestyle changes I was able to root myself in a life that I designed and enjoyed.
Combining my culinary skills with a holistic approach to health and wellness I guide you into creating a healthy relationship to food by understanding your body and giving it what it needs. So that over time you can feel empowered by your decisions and experience complete freedom around food.
